WTH? banned???

Apparently my account has "been deleted or blocked from connecting". I wasnt hacking, but suspiciously the happened not 10 minutes from meeting the GM jake... is there any reason why my account "been deleted or blocked from connecting"????
There was alot of lag at the time tho, and i did hit multiple monsters, before they all died simultanously... was this an autoban? and if so how do I avoid it...

I was training with him when he got autobanned. Lol. He wasn't hacking.
